碳纤维性能优异,应用广泛,目前市场上的碳纤维主要是来源于石油和煤炭的聚丙烯腈基和沥青基碳纤维。近年来,随着石油和煤炭等不可再生资源的消耗,探索和发展生物质基碳纤维再次兴起,针对纤维素和木质素两种生物质基碳纤维前驱体原料,综述了粘胶基、Lyocell基、Ioncell基三种纤维素基碳纤维的研究现状,同时对木质素基碳纤维干喷湿纺碳化和熔融纺丝两种工艺做了简单介绍。最后,对生物质基碳纤维未来的研究重点和发展方向进行了展望。
Carbon fibers have excellent performance and are widely used,and that on the market re mainly made from polyacrylonitrile based and asphalt based carbon fibers derived from petroleum and coal.In recent years,with the consumption of non-renewable resources such as oil and coal,biomass based carbon fibers are rising again.Based on cellulose and lignin precursors,the research status of viscose,Lyocell and Ioncell based cellulose fibers were reviewed,and dry jet wet spinning and melt spinning processes of lignin based carbon fibers were introduced.Finally,the future research focus and development direction of biomass based carbon fiber were prospected.
